Refund policy

Returns:
Return is available only if a damaged product is received by the customer with video evidence.

You must make a continuous, uncut video while opening the parcel and clearly showcase the damage in the same video. Only then will the product be returned. If the product is received fresh and damage-free, no return will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange:
Exchange is not available for any random reason. Exchange will be done only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, with proper uncut unboxing video evidence as mentioned above. For fresh and damage-free products, no exchange will be accepted.

An additional exchange charge of Rs. 190 will be applicable for all exchange requests.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
